All you comp stompers and skirmish fans are in for a new challenge. This AI mod will effect mostly hard and brutal AI. The hard AI will be improved, but I think brutal is where you'll truly feel like you have a challenge.

Allies Zokker13 + Aaron vs Soviets

1 soviet died and Aaron down to 2 refineries and 2 barracks.

Zokker13 lacked focus and couldn't hold against twinblades. Aaron died.

Zokker13 fired off one amazing supercollider + deluxe timebomb combo against a massive soviet base of super reactors causing a huge chain reaction explosion.

The time bomb was never used again in a 2 hour stalemate lost only because allied AI is retarded and stopped making Apollos and javelins resulting in absolutely no land anti-air to stop the twinblades.

Soviets are too strong late-game because twinblades and kirovs are overpowered. Balance in a human match is irrelevant in an AI match. The AI just can't rely on apollos or other AA defences and eventually the twinblades get through and cause crippling damage.

In summary:

Allies need stronger AA at all times.

Allies need to stop suiciding vindicators into bases with heavy flak defences.

AI needs to focus on long-term goals like destroying oil derricks, hospitals and refineries instead of dithering around.
