This AI mod includes a never ending amount of improvement to the AI, from micro to macro the AI is improved and superior to the original in almost every way.
Certain AI exploits are still around, unfortunately..
But it really can't be helped in some cases. But other than that the AI should present a challenge with better uses of pretty much everything.
I hope you enjoy the raise of difficulty and be sure to ask a friend to play with you too.
At the moment there are no known crashes related to the mod itself.
Installation:
Firstly, download WinRAR if you don't have it, it's free. I'd be surprised if you don't already have this. Or perhaps you have another program to open .rar files. Skip this if you do.
Just extract the mods folder into your RedAlert3 folder which is in your documents folder.
(If you already have the mods folder, just click overwrite, do not worry your other mods if you have any, will still be there.)
The path should look something like Documents/RedAlert3/Mods/SuperiorAI
Then to use the mod run ra3 from the RA3Launcher, but if you do not have it.
Make a shortcut of your main ra3 application file(the one you usually launch the game with).
Then right click that shortcut, click properties then in the "Target" area type in a -ui and save.
An example being:
"C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Red Alert 3\RA3.exe" -ui
Then when it launches, you should see a bunch of options, click game browser, click the mods tab, then click on SuperiorAI and hit the launch button. Then enjoy the mod.
For those using steam, you can find your RA3.exe like this:
Steam/SteamApps/Common
You should know where to go from there. That should be it.
