We were running on the idea that we'd be able to get the game up and running again a lot faster. Unfortunately this was not the case and in that time, the assets have been unavailable to the public. We've rectified that now and the assets are now on the GitHub along with the code. 
A second repo will be created to hold source files such as models, .psds, .maps, etc. 
Previously, we were expecting people to contribute to our source code but because there were no assets available, the game was untestable, so no such contributions could be made. 
To grab the game assets, just clone the repo here: Github.com
Apologies for the large download. A third repo may be made to store the assets alone if this becomes too much of a problem.

Edit: Assets have been moved to a Google Drive instead! To make changes or additions to the game yourself, simply login and click Add to Drive, make your changes, and submit a zip file with your changed files (please upload off-site somewhere like wikiupload, megashare, or your own cloud storage) at our Contribute forum.

In the near future I will be making a more official page on our site with instructions on how to get binaries for the game, how to compile the game yourself, and grabbing the assets as well as contributing your own assets.

I wish it were. Unfortunately it will take more time then we want to get to that point. Switching to OpenJK engine and C++ has taken a lot of work.

The best mod for JKA, I mean that literally, this mod overhauls a game that I thought would never, ever be overhauled, the gun combat is awesome :D .
