Jamella is a trainer. You can edit stats, items, mercenary, etc.
You can find it on fileplanet, filefront, and a few Diablo II specific sites. It's easier to just Google it.

that link doesnt work for me when i dled it and used it it keeps saying "corrupt field encountered in save file! (@ offset @)" even when i make a brand new char
