Jagar Tharn was the antagonist in the elder scrolls: Arena and he had trapped Uriel Septim in a plane of oblivion using the staff of chaos which the point of the game was to find all of the pieces to. I plan to expand the realm of Oblivion that Uriel spend in, with this mod that creates a new plane of Oblivion to explore. I used Piratelords' Daedric Resources. I need some fellow modders for help, so please contact me. I need dialog people, Npc people, mesh people and texture people. I work on the base realm and i plan to add more realms. I'm sorry I've been silent for a while now, but after days of wresting with the Construction Set and trying to get certain fx to work, I sat down at thought about what I was doing. I was modding Morrowind, which has always been a classic, but now, even the modding community is scarce. Ever since Filefront shut down, the modding community had to "abandon ship" to mw.history, which is the largest modding community, and possibly the only interactive one. I had tried my best to try to gain more attention, but it continued to get quieter and quieter. In short, I apologize but I have decided to abandon this project but leave it as a source. If you want to continue this project or use the Oblivion realms, just please give original credit where it is due, to piratelord who made the daedric resources, and myself for utilizing them.
