ha i'm trying to instal the mod and have followed instructions, when it says 'unpack' startpos.esf what does it mean.
literally remove the file or what?

I am eager to play as Ireland :D Btw, I am re-installing Napoleon, and I wanted to know which ESF editor you used. I used version 1.4.8 and it crashes if I attempt to open CAMPAIGN_ENV
Did you modidy anything in there? Or did you only modify this portion (the Ireland one):
CAMPAIGN_PREOPEN_MAP_INFO
--> CAMPAIGN_PLAYERS_SETUP
--> PLAYERS_ARRAY
--> CAMPAIGN)PLAYER_SETUP
--> (country name), False, True, False
Nothing was modified, but me and my friend took the Ireland portion out as you can see from the download :) I will try to look into it for you.

@TheSoi2 man ive so badly wanted to play as my own country ireland on total war! but how do i unpack the file man? im new to all this . now i know where to put the file no problem but when i want to open it it says "open with" what do i open it with lol or do i just place the downloaded file as it is where you described??? thanks man want this so badly haha

Something cool would be when you go from the Kingdom of Ireland to the Republic of Ireland change the Green Harp to the Tricolour when the revolution happens for the Republic of Ireland.
