Invasion 1944 is a historically accurate World War Two total conversion mod for ARMA 2: Combined Operations(ARMA2 + Arrowhead) centering on the European theater.

Here's a brief summary of what's included:

United States - 1st & 29th Infantry Division, 5th Ranger Battalion, 82nd & 101st Parachute Infantry Regiment.
British - Infantry, Airborne Division, British Commandos.
Germany - Heer, Heer-Camoflagued, Fallschirmjäger, Schutzstaffel.
With over 30 infantry weapons.

1. Open the archive file
I44-ARMA2CO-v2-6.7z
with 7-Zip (http://7-zip.org/)
2. Select the ‘Extract’ button.
3. In the ‘Copy To’ line paste your ARMA 2: Combined Operations root directory (where arma2oa.exe is located) e.g:
C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2
4. Click ‘OK’ to start extracting the contents. Once extracted you can close 7zip
-Loading Instructions-
From your your ARMA 2: Combined Operations root directory run either:
-Executable Loaders (Windows Vista/7 ONLY)-
WARNING: use at your own risk; it may cause a BSOD with certain antivirus software
Invasion 44.exe - Automatically loads ArmA2:CO + CBA + I44
Invasion 44 Beta.exe - Automatically loads ArmA2:CO Beta + CBA + I44
(Note: you may make shortcuts to these files with your own additional startup parameters)

Just got the game downloaded and extracted but when I try to run it it says that it cannot find CBA what should I do? I am trying to run this on Steam version if this has any effect.

Download the files, and then just put them into your Arma2: CO folder :D

Just being playing two of the SP missions.....holy f*king ****! This is AMAZING! I mean, it plays like a dream with the ARMA2 engine - superb work
Would I be able to play this mod without the original Arma 2, I only have A 2: O Arrowhead and Reinforcements. Sorry for bad english :)
It needs CO. Some of the files require data from the original ArmA 2.

Hey, someone already asked this, but he didn't receave an answer and I have the same question... If I bought A2:CO from Steam, where should I extract the files?
looks good. I used the GOG Combine0d Operations digital download as the base game. And i found 2 different CBA files. One came from the DayZI44, think thats the CBA_CO one. Game worked great 1st try. Just extracted the files into the main install folder, dropped in the CBA folders, and copied a shortcut of the executable to my desktop.
