ISF (Iraqi Security Forces) (Current Day Iraqi Military)
-After the fall of Saddam Hussein's regime in the 2003 invasion of Iraq,a new Iraqi government was put into place.Coming along with a new government was a new military.The ISF is mainly the Iraqi Police (IP) and Iraqi military.But in the mod,you play as the Iraqi Military element.ISF are trained by Coalition forces,and work alongside Coalition forces on a frequent basis.They are the main Counter-Insurgency force in Iraq,with the complete withdrawl of Coalition forces coming in 2011.
U.S. ARMY
-The United States Army is a branch of the United States Armed Forces that is responsible for all main land operations.They've have fullfilled this duty since they were founded on June 14,1775.The ARMY is without a doubt the most ahead out of all branches with technology,and logistical support.The ARMY's current Future Land Warrior program which will start to see heavy use among troops beginning in 2010,promises to put the ARMY even further ahead of forces worldwide.
USMC (United States Marine Corps.)
-The United States Marine Corps. are known for being americas tip of the spear,and first to fight.They are America's elite fighting force.No matter the theatre they engage in Land,Sea,and Air combat operations.Not always having the greatest logistical support,Marines always know how to make do,and have excellent training,technology,and combat effeciency.
U.K. ARMY
-The British Army is a branch of the British Armed Forces,that take care of all main land operations the British Armed forces engaged in.The british army has been around since 1707 when the UK,really came together as the "Kingdom of Great Britain".The british army has a great arsenal of armored vehicles,tanks,technology,and logistical support.
INSURGENTS
-Insurgent/Militia groups vast all across the middle-east and south-western Asia.Known as "freedom fighters" by some,and "terrorists" and "extremists" by others.Their main cause is to drive out the Infidel and crusaders from their land,and way of living.With the advantage of knowing their land,having support from the people,and blending in with the civilian population,wearing no exact uniform,they are a force to be reckoned with.
RUSSIAN ARMY
-The Russian ARMY is the primary land force of the Russian Armed Forces.They've been the fist of the new Russia since the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1992.The Russian ARMY is the forefront of russia for re-becoming a super power of the world.In current times,Russian Forces mainly full-fill peacekeeping operations throughout russia,and even in some neighboring countries.Mainly against seperatists,and Militia/Rebellion groups.
MILITIA/REBELS
-In the Insurgent Strike mod,Militia/Rebels represent common militia,and rebellion groups seen and engaged with,all across Europe.Mainly in broken up ex-soviet states,and in Eastern Russia.

-The Bundeswehr (current day german armed forces) are of one NATO's greatest allies.Great training,technology,logistics,and all around support make them a great force.They are current engaged in mainly assisting in the ISAF effort in Afghanistan,combating Insurgent,and Taliban forces.
