This is actually a very interesting map from the WC mappack that very very few people have attempted to fix.
This looks amazing! Just when I thought that Half-Life 2 couldn't get any better: stealth elements.

So why the multiple but different downloads? I tried insolencebetabuild2.uha from GameFront, only to find I couldn't unpack it. What is a UHA file and why are you using a product few other people can use?
Look for the .uha opener, the old version's .rar size was too big for gamefront. Just download the damn current version.
