A Half-Life 2 leak-themed mod that attempts to recreate the dark atmosphere of the original storyline. Our goal isn't to completely remake the entire storyline, but to add maps that are worth playing, <- this was the original plan, but now we are remaking the storyline. We will release it once we all agree that it is done, which is why we don't have clear release date.

In light of recent events, we have rebooted Insolence's development under a new name: Terminus. However, this is not the end of Insolence. Not by a long shot. I am planning on working on Insolence as a solo project while also working on Terminus and a release will come sooner than later as a base mod for mappers, possibly with a few .vmfs if there's enough demand for them. This is not a bad thing, Terminus will be reusing most of Insolence's assets, if not all of them. This includes the coding. The mod ain't dead.

Look, face it. You are never going to get this 100% finished with only you working on it. You should merge with MI.

You have been taking other people's mods (Vertigo) to work on this one, so I don't see why you don't want to merge with someone else's. Because you are jealous of their mod?

They gave the content to us, we didn't take it, and I don't think MI really has anything that we should be jealous of, mind you. So yep, no merge will occur, I will stand on my own and if that's a bad thing then it's on my ***. Even if I don't get the mod 100% finished then I'm still going to release it regardless. The second I decide I'm going to completely halt development on Insolence I will pack it all up and make an as-is release. To add on to that, I'm mostly focusing my work on Terminus. Patience is a virtue, especially when devs develop a mod as a hobby instead of a job.

It doesn't seem like they are continuing their project either, it's been years since there was any info at all on MI. I'd recommend merging with a team that is going strong right now, such as, the Raising the Bar team.
