A Half-Life 2 leak-themed mod, in an attempt to establish the dark atmosphere of the old concepts. Our goal isn't to completely remake the entire storyline, but to add maps that are worth playing.
Camocity
Description
A singleplayer map restored from the WC mappack. Might also be the best looking map in the mod. Maybe not, but at least it isnt fullbright!
Been working on this map for almost a month, and so, here it is.
This map is set after Gordon has escaped from Kleiner's lab through the underground sewage. Its a heavily industrialized part of City 17, and the Metropolice established a quick command center for dealing with their treath. Well... go through it.
This map needs Insolence, which by itself requires EP2. Make sure you have those 2 things.
Also make sure you have Color Correction enabled for the best effect. This map uses a custom color correction profile which youll need to install too.
Installation:
1: Copy camocity.bsp to the Insolence maps folder (Steam\steamapps\Sourcemods\insolence\maps).
2: Copy the folder named correction to the Insolence materials folder (Steam\steamapps\Sourcemods\insolence\materials).
3: Launch Insolence, enable the console and type "map camocity".
4: Play. Or not. Its your choice.
