Description
Wooden Fort Walls (Redoubt) have been added to the Americans and Revolution civs.
Stone Fort Walls (Fortress) have been added to the Swedish and the Swedish Consulate (Chinese).

Can the AI use it or is it player only?
The AI can build walls again (even if the chance should be smaller), however they will not upgrade to fort walls.
You need to understand that wall building is too expensive and confusing for the AI and it's better to keep it to a minimum.

Having all original European civs denied fort walls is disappointing to a defensive player like myself, but excellent work nonetheless.
As I said before, fort walls are problematic for many... players.
The amount of questions I get with "why do my walls appear as inside out when I upgrade to fort walls" is too damn high!
Even IF there is a simple pattern to follow when building fort walls.

So making fort walls harder to get reduces those questions. I think. I hope.
Could you possibly make it an optional download to give fort walls to all the civs?
My wife and I play together and prefer having them in =P
I could but... The optional download would need to be updated as well separately, so basically every single change I make, I would need to make it twice which is less than ideal.
I want to make Revolution a viable option though, so tell me what do you dislike about it?
And I also want to make the new civ, Swedish, desirable, so that's why it will also be available for them.
My wife and I just liked having the extra upgrade to fort walls for everyone like it used to be, that is all.
She likes to play defensive/economic then feeds me while I focus on building troops
Yes, I'm aware of that pattern and I understand your point. In fact I always thought someone with 3D art skills could modify the stock fort walls so that both sides appear the same, like normal palisades and walls. It would be a great solution, sadly it hasn't happened so far.

Like i remember , only in the Enhancement mod which is not the same with the Improvement here , added fort walls to all nations . You will have to play that for all fort walls
