A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away.... The story occures some years after the Endor Battle, after the destruction of the second Death Star and of the Emperor, so during the times when intergalactic systems are liberating from the Galactic Empire haegemony. On Kashyyyk, birth planet of Chewbacca and generally of wookies, which known a terrible fate with the rise of the Empire. But the time of the fall of the Empire has come, it is time to bear arms and to end twenty slavery years, however the task will be delicate cause even with the help of the young New Republic, wookies clans are divided between loyalist and separatists, besides the still important influence of the Empire remains leaded by the Great Amiral Thrawn...

How would this work as a unit? Would it be similar to cavalry?
Yep, that's it, you'll have a great charge bonus, but in melee the unit would be easily destroyed. The best is to use it as a scout unit. ;)

Good idea as using it as a scout unit, considering how the line of sight works in Rome 2, maybe you should make the speeder bikes to 2 man groups
We'll actually I wanted to make it as group of 5 cause I fear it would be too simple to destroy them! But yeah anyway I will review the number of man per units to fit to the civil war context! :)
And what about the AT-AT's and the AT-ST's? Will they operate as cavalry or artillery or what?
The AT-ST is a man unit (because it needs a lot of animations so as to make it "real" and not only a simple machine that can't look on the right or on the left, etc. cause actually the mountable units have a really poor amount of animation.
The AT-AT will be a mountable unit (especially because it will be a general unit and because it's not necessary to have many animations for it)! :)
