Immersion v1.05 has released in public beta, and can be downloaded from the mod's Official Forum, after registration.

Immersion is Diablo II: Lord of Destruction Improved and Expanded.

Immersion now installs and uninstalls easily, plays with or without the CD, and should be compatible with all patch versions of Diablo II: Lord of Destruction. This beta version of the mod includes two playable classes, the Sorceress and Barbarian, and offers a vastly different gameplay experience compared to the original. Here are some of Immersion's Features.

No. (From a development standpoint 1.12 is garbage for various reasons.)

Greek? I hope you're joking, that's not even ancient greek but latin more like it :P

Thanks for the mod though, seems magnificent :)

You're welcome, and I stand corrected. I once heard another designer refer to it (incorrectly) as "Greek text" and it stuck in my head. Grr. I'll be changing that. =)

Also, you can't really survive without a offensive skill in the beginning. You will die very fast while dealing little damage. Maybe you could lower the difficult a bit on players 1 only, so both noobs and pros can play it to their taste. Great mod though, love the extra masteries.

Demon9ne, this mod is great. What I like about this is that it actually add new things without replacing things, so you get Diablo LOD + new Expension. Could you, however, lower the damage of the Quill Rats? They're overpowered and can kill you easily in seconds. Plz fix that.

Looks very nice... and you seem to have done a lot of work! :)

The custom weapon and menus look good and fit the diablo atmosphere better than in many other d2 mod.

Good job, hope you will release beta or demo soon ^^

A better question would be... what doesn't it do?

Immersion improves and expands all aspects of gameplay. Items, skills, enemies, areas, economy, etc. The complete list of changes is within the documentation provided with the mod. When I have the chance, I'll format a list to put in my news post.
