B1, B2, B3 droids and the AAT

Is the B3 not a little big?
I dont really know how its supposed to be scalled from cannon but it's as tall as the tank AAT
According starwarswikia, b2 has 1.93 meters, b3 has 4 meters but the don't know the AAT Height, so I could not do much.
