Hypercube: Source is a HL2 deathmatch mod. It takes place inside of the same cube that was seen in the moive "Cube 2: Hyperucbe".
It has traps from all three cube movies, and has been designed to simulate infinite cubes in a finite number of rooms. The object of the game is to simply, get out of the cube alive.
This project was started on Jun 21, 2006 and was released on July 21, 2006.
There are three exits in this cube, and to make it more difficult only one exit is activated at one time. Its not easy to get out DONT GIVE UP.
LADDER NOTE:
To use the ladders first, Climb above the side door and press the jump button, you
will land on an invisible ledge. Now you can simply duck and go
through. NOTE: dont duck before you jump and land on the ledge.

Thanks everyone with the great replys for the background.
I now have a background for it. :)
And, yesterday I beta tested hypercube source with some people and it went very well, but there were some bugs that needed to be fixed, So we have to retest today, and hopefully everything goes good so that it can be released.

Yeh sounds good mate, my msn incase you need it is now Inn3r-Child@hotmail.com, since its unreleased if you can record some in game stuff you want in the video and get a good 3-8 screen shots to use etc i will slap something together, i thought it was edited but you left my name on the end so tis all good =) im looking forward to seeing this.

the mods going good guys. It will get done. Just not so fast because of another project im finishing up.
@inn3r: You can make another trailer for v3. I have a cool logo thing also you can put in it. And as you can see in the trailer i sumbitted i shorted the ending to make it short simple and to the point.

@RedCoat67: Sorry for the late reply. It seems you have installed it correctly. Under the games tab should be hypecube source somewhere. just click it and click launch.
ok RedCoat67 im not at home at the mo but when i get back i will look at my setup and if you want i will add you to msn and go through it step by step

i install it in C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\SourceMods\hypercube.
It is not on the steam game list after restart and there is no play icon in that folder.
Cubedude just wondering how the mod is going, im alot better with movie maker now so if you like i can slap up a new trailer

pokeylope : Yeh what can i say they didnt make any decent songs for Cube, or any of the films really so being a Saw fan i used theirs =P

CAn any one offer any assistance. Once installed i cant play it. there is no play icon on steam or anywhere else
