I need some help, i have downloaded this mod and when i go to open it on winrar it says windows cannot open this file; how do you go round to open the file to play it?

@ zeusbigz mate how will i make the AI work. I DL the GrandThirdWar 1.3 and I noticed the AI did not work. Is there a way to make it work? I saw your other mod Crossfire. Looking forward to it ))
