To be honest, it doesn't look as good as it's intended to be.
its just an enb series graf mod plus some textures and community car models...what did you expect?
Not some textures, but hundreds of new textures; cars are not included. New HRT 1.4 will be look perfect, I know about all the shortcomings of this mod, this is my first big mod for SA.
People sometimes don't understand how much tedious work it is to replace and make new textures. After all, you cannot very well change the models. Well done!
why dont you explain to me why this mod doesnt even let game run..?? ANSWER FAST PLEASE
It is hard to answer faster, when you see question only if you have opened screenshots. If game with mod do not run it is means that mod not installed correctly.
