Some issues installing on Steam version of the game. Running Version 1.0, it installs, but the game does not launch. It loads up, black screen, back to desktop with, "GTA-SA.exe has stopped working", the HRT launcher is also weird. It's all " ??????? " marks.
Unfortunately, mod is not adapted to Steam-version of the game.
Installed the mod, and now the game won't run at all. Nothing happens when I try to start it. It worked fine just a few hours ago.
Try to delete gta.set in folder with savegames; or mod installed not correctly.
Where exactly do I find the gta.set file?
In your savegames folder, in Windows XP and newer you can find it in Username\Documents folder.
the gta3.img is weighing as with this mod? I am Brazilian I can not speak English well ...

Will be more easily for you, if you make copy of whole game (except audio, movies, anim). Mod is replacing data and models folders, adding CLEO folder, some .dlls, .exe and few other files.

In HRT Pack 1.3: Enhanched Edition with manual installation is not included Project Oblivion 2007 mod. You can install this mod, or newest version - Project Oblivion 2010HQ, after HRT Pack.

Plants were changed in mod.

Yes, to the folder with clean game.
Ingame everything is just blue and purple and no models are loaded.
Maybe your videocard needs in reconfiguring of ENBSeries, you can just disable it.

How can I uninstall this mod?
I deleted my whole GTA SA folder and reinstalled it.
The mod does still apply.

Just delete your game and install again. In your case you, most likely, deleted another folder.

How to disable Motion Blur
Open enbseries.ini in the game folder, near "EnableMotionBlur" put "0".

Delete d3d9.dll from the game folder.

Yes, the game must be installed before the mod. So for the first install the clean version of the game (without other mods), then the mod.
