Im gonna go through all the mods textures and improve them so they look better, by using a few Photoshop filters and overlaying them onto the original image I can improve them like so. What do you guys think.

I do, they look much nicer. :) Not like going from an N64 to PS4 but it still looks better.
Oh you mean these little rusty-like things?
Yea the filters give it some depth which should help for the textures without bump maps.
