Youtube vid of current gameplay

Thoughts, comments, and whatever else are welcome. Just to be obvious about this, I am not 100% following canon. There are "shields" (which are just surface shields not an actual shield mesh) for gameplay purposes, as well as missiles for strike craft and short burst afterburners for quick acceleration or evasion.

Though I suppose I am going canon at least for capital ships as they will be pretty identical to how they are in Homeworld

Put hw mod folder in your FS2 folder

in the launcher go to the mod tab and select it, then apply and run

Hey,

Quick question, I'm getting an error message pop up at the start up something about 20 something errors. That and also the Ion beams aren't showing up.

I have the latest fso.exe as well as all the 2014 media vp's.

I just updated to current (3.7.2 RC4, from 1) and played with no issue

and I dunno how mediavp 2014 could be any different between me and anyone else, and that is the only thing the mod uses of course so...yeah

and I dunno how beams could not show cause they use the same effects as AAAf and shivan beams. Maybe when I change that for next release this won't be an issue.

I figured it out. Appears that when I moved the mediaVPS's from their own folder into the root directory that it fixed the problems.

I have one question. You already stated that you won't be inserting any none cannon ships into your mod but what about progenitor mothership that's only question. If you will fell alright i can do everything by myself.

Progenitor "mothership" or whatever it is (or was) may as well be canon as it's in the cutscenes...and in-game too, even if only in pieces.
