FX: Empires v0.5 [Beta] file

First off, this version is an early beta. So, expect to find bugs, limitations and other stuff that will be filtered out in the official release. The goal of this version is the give you a first impression what FX: Empires will be like, nothing more nothing less.

In this version you can only play as the Hiigaran on a small amount of maps in Player vs. cpu mode.
There are several new game options regarding the A.I. behavior, similar to the Complex modification.

Installation:
1. Download the file and run the .exe
2. Select your /Homeworld2 directory and NOT your /homeworld2/data directory.
3. Ensure the English version box is signed.
4. Finish the installation and run the mod.
5. Game starts after clicking on the loading image.

Note: You need to manually set the HGN as race for all CPU players before a game. By default, the CPU players will have no race assigned, causing the game to crash upon loading.
Note #2: There seem to be some errors for Windows7 users. If you are one of them, please submit the error along with all details you can find at the tech.support section.
Note #3: If you are running on a custom screen resolution, do not forget to add the width and height to the new shortcut as well. (Right-click -> Properties -> 'Target Field' -> add -w .... and -h .... to the end -> Apply -> Ok)

For example, when on 1280x768 it would like this:

\Homeworld2\Bin\Release\FX-Empire.exe -mod FXEmpire_0_5.big -locale FXEmpireLocal_0_5 -w 1280 -h 768
