Many additions to the game, new units, new features and better graphical aspect, but the more important improvements have been done on stability, gameplay and performance.
Every duplicate ship/subsystem have been removed, redundant functions cleaned, lagging scripts revisited, a lot of bugs fixed.

The game has been balanced to reach the better space battle experience.

About the future of Complex, considering that Gearbox is working on the new Homeworld, this release is the last one for Homeworld 2, not the last one for Complex.
If the new engine will be great the new Complex will be on the way.

I have some fps drops when there is too many ships. It seems that its coming from the hiigara ships. Example (Battleships, Orbital stations, Etc.) the following ships doesen't have LOD, can you fix this? This problem can decrease the fps and may lead to a halt.. Vaygr vs. Vaygr don't cause fps drops.. Hiigara vs. Vaygr it cause a very high fps drop even on high specs pc. I am not the only one who has the problem. I am looking forward in fixing the problem. Thanks in advance

-and ion cannons on battleships are just too strong, they can kill each other very fast, smaller cruiser in seconds, I really miss some cannon/missile barrages betveen capital ships

Geroj, i wrote this one time not as reply. the units are basically in defensive mode(return fire in the military), they will shoot when the enemy engages and attack them. select the unit(s) what you want, and search for "tactics" in left side and click on it. you will figure out the other.

I can't help but notice my ships just randomly losing health at times. Sometimes to the point of their destruction. I'm obviously missing something. Anyone help a fellow player out?

Which ship is it. Low energy could cause electrical overload. Radiation Nebulas also cause damage over time.

It generally happens to ALL of my ships. Mothership, Shipyard, Crew Ship etc. Everything, in open space with no nebula just randomly loosing health for no apparent reason. I tend to see health loss as im building and upgrading ships. No idea why, its pretty much a killer of my whole game, when Im just seeing my shipyard explode for no reason and can't do anything about it. Quite frustrating really.

you need to make sure your power levels don't go below critical, buy Magnets from the power station to help prevent it.

Keeps crashing at wave 11, also after wave 9 a very bright flash begins to happen and keeps flashing over screen (never had this problem been playing this game for a few years so its not the graphics card) im playing as vaygr and the ai is vaygr. Also just a suggestion the human vs ai playing as hig and the ai is vaygr or hig is very unbalanced. the need to balance between the research station and crew station plus making sure they don't get destroyed makes it almost impossible to get past wave 7. Maybe finding a way to nerf the ai or buff the hig specifically on that game mode would be nice. Thank you for the mod its wonderful and I'm looking forward to playing more. Round 11 is fking hard XD
