In 1942, the prototype battleship, the HMS Defiance, went mysteriously missing without a trace. It is now 2018 and the HMS Defiance has been located and an expedition cruiser sent.

You are a member of the cruiser's diving team and have been picked to go down to the cruiser to search the ship and bring back artifacts for study. However, when you are down there, you will trigger mayhem.

Most of the mod takes place in the cruiser and you are one of few survivors as most of the crew have either evacuated or been killed. There are few weapons on board the cruiser, so you will not have a massive amount of weapons.

The mod will be quite short but it should be enjoyable none the less.

Nice mod, short but well thought out. Nice that is has a good beginning/middle/end, some mods/maps miss one or two of those. Slow-mo was an excellent feature, also good mapping and story, a couple parts reminded me of The Philadelphia experiment (body's hanging through ceiling). I personally liked the weapons, good models for your first attempt, I couldn't make them if I tried (which I have).

Anyways, excellent work. Maybe your next mod can be a little longer. (Thats asking alot, making mods is tough work and serious business. I know, I have a mod in progress myself.)

:D!

Ugh. I spent too long trying to figure out what to do at certain parts. It was way too hard. In the end I had to noclip into the security room, cause I had no clue how to get to the commander's room (after the incident). What are you supposed to do there anyway?

Hey, just played through. It was really fun, I loved the 300-style camera effect on some of the zombies, it was really neat.

My biggest complaint about the mod was that it was too short.. And that's technically a good thing, as it means I was enjoying myself and wanted more.

The gun models wern't perfect, but I read that you were relatively new to them, so that deserves no complaint. In fact, it deserves respect for trying and getting them into your mod, and getting that experience.. We've all had to learn at one point, if we're worked on mods.

Anyway, just wanted to say, the mod was really fun, the puzzles were decent (one thing I would suggest in the future is having a subtle attraction that leads to the area you're supposed to go. For example, the area where you must go into the small vent to get to the other room. perhaps a small fire or sparks would have helped. Small things like this lead people to look to that area, which helps avoid the "WHERE THE &(*&# DO I GO?" factor, without feeling like you're being pushed through the levels. Anyway, small bit of advice). Overall, you did well, and I hope you continue working on Mods as this was enjoyable.

Oh, and I almost forgot to compliment the spectacular voice acting. While there wasn't much dialogue, it sounded crisp and clear, and it was spoken effectively and didn't sound like "just some guy holding up his microphone and reading his script as fast as he can to get back to mapping". It was very well done, and it deserves a mention.

Good luck!
