There are monsters everywhere in this bleak environment. You are surrounded by office complexes in that drab, depressing style, and they are filled with drab, depressing civil servants. Jumping and crouching is the key to this level, as is figuring how to climb onto dificultly placed elevators. Oh, and a tip: if you see a ladder, climb it.
