I was wondering why the barrel is so big, as in vertically. Is there any actual reason for it being that way?
Ok, so it's a break open revolver, right? Are you planning on making a gap between the cylinder and the barrel so the cylinder can advance?
It indeed is break open revolver, but I don't understand what kinda gap there should be? By cylinder do you mean the roll where the bullets are?
It's so damn big (vertically). have you considered shrinkin the barrel a bit.
Good morning people! I shall answer to your questions and hopefully calm your troubled minds.
Firstly, it seems that you people are forgetting what world this game is based on, 40k is a world of big guns (and very veery small digital weapons... :P) so nothing is impossible!
Secondly I just wanted to make this relic pistol look extra powerful and followed this simple formula: Bigger the gun = More intimidating it is to look down its barrel from the receiving end.
Thirdly I happen to have a thing with Desert Eagles.. Just love the damn thing. So as a one of the two major contributors to this mod I took the liberty to implement some characteristics from DE and then took it a bit further by making it more massive. Not meaning to be offensive here, but I just think its cool this way. :D
Edit: I'm thinking of a possibility that there might be room to house a guidance machine spirit in there, but thats just a vague thought..
