Sorry but this isnt good (the lighting and textures are bad, there arent good details...).
Is this an ingame screenshot?
It seems to be a work in progress... lighting isn't the most important thing at the moment nor textures. They are just getting the models set up before they start adding the "pretty" stuff to it.
This is probably compiled with no lighting, which explains the brightness.
That's not how a mirror works.
