I like how the map tantalizes you with openings in the roof, daylight, freedom just out of reach. The map has a good layout, although there are no tight spaces which could have added to the tense feeling the map seemed to be shooting for.
Sort of reminds me of Dopusk31 in that while it has no where near as many random corridors, it has no sense of claustrophobic design.
The beginning however was great jumping down that shaft onto the steel girders and I also loved the 2 trams that are high resolution and so look way better.
The textures here seem to be that of a dirty kind in a good way, like a real abandoned bunker that looks completely different to Black Mesa. More greys & browns, and more detail and I think it is using the textures from Paranoia… I like the textures and color scheme to put it simply and I was disappointed to find it end so quickly.
The bigger disappointment is the gameplay. Due to the wider rooms its easy to run past the 2-3 zombies, a faster moving zombie would have done wonders for the mod.
The outside area was even more stunning, how the sun shines across the catwalk which also looks better than standard HL. This area was very short as which is a shame.
I think of this as more of a tech demo for the sort of beautiful environments that Half-Life can have with the right texture pack.

You are literally the first person i saw critique a mod with great detail..you have my respect
