The concept of the mod is really simple, it is the same as other props mods in other games. The hiders can disguise as objects, and hide on the map (or they can even use seeker camouflage). The first player connecting to the server will be the seeker, and at the beginning of each further round the last hider of the previous round will be.

So what does this mod offer? A funny game-play, without cheaters and crying kids, where neither your FPS or your ping matters; Here you also have the time to do anything else while hiding, if you are not in the mood for chatting or flustering.
In addition, I'm really interested in players' feedback, so this mod is always being updated. Don't forget to contact me with any bug, idea, or translating application.

But certainly it's not all, here is a short list of the main features:
- You can choose from many models as a hider, which are different on every map to fit the environment!
- Some object can be edited. For example you can select, what items do you want to be placed on the shelf you are hiding with, and certainly their position too.
- You can earn new ranks, items and abilities. For example, from level 40, you can knife the seekers as a hider!
- Rank based player customization, which contains death effect, player model, music, weapon, and weapon painting!
- Many exciting challenges!
- You can resupply with care package.
- And much more!

So the main goal of this update is a public release! You can get in in the downloads section, instructions and infos can be found in Info.txt and in server.cfg files. However, since it is the first public release, please handle it as a beta! Probably people will find many new bugs, which must be fixed, so keep checking the version number. If you are willing to translate the mod to a new language, please contact me!


This version also contains the fix of HUD element's align on full-screen, and a bunch of other fixes.

1. Ready button is already included much time ago. Check for scr_hns_readyup in config.
2. I know about it, but it would mean a too deep restructuring of the mod probably; but it's worth a check.
3. Players should be able to decide, if they need a huge or a small map. What if there are 2 players, and they want to look for places on Overgrown? They should be able to.
4. Rewards for knifing is configurable. Look scr_hns_point_knife dvar.
5. I've added everything I thought is needed. But specific ideas are welcome.
6. For 30 seconds/1 minute, it's just too much work probably :P

Also next update will come out when enough fixes will be done :P

But thanks, every other ideas are welcome too :)

Hey, dogs cant bite, because the anim CoD has for that is very ugly. When you are biting while running, its like played with doubled timescale. If you bite while standing, its like half of the timescale and you seem to be flying. So it's just too ugly to implement :/

Also I'm not good in any part of animating, so basically I have no idea what/how can be fixed, but certainly if I find someone who can fix it, then I can implement it :P

Hey, admin description is in Info.txt, and if you have read that, you can find the admin1 dvar in the cfg. There will be info above it about how to set the dvars up.
