Here it is, the Springvale Sewer Home, a basic home for you to use before you get the Megaton/Tenpenny Home, or for the whole game, whichever you choose. It features a nice, old stained dirty couch, a broken TV, flood lights, a dirty bed that could have AIDS, skeletons in cages, and 50 Deathclaws... just joking. I made this in a few hours starting April 9th and ending April 10th. It is located in Springvale, entrance is under the Red Rocket, key to open it is in the desk next to the entrance. There are Holotapes you will find inside the house, from the previous owner, James Moore. Those will start a mini quest, well, if you want it to be a mini quest it can be, it's not official and will not show up in you're quests section in you're Pip Boy. It also comes with some armor, a couple of weapons, and some food to heal you're self with.The Springvale Sewer Home comes with lots of fun and educational activity's, such as playing Pool, watching TV, making a Bomb, whichever you want to do, just watch out for the Raiders in the school next door.
