Almost every month I receive at least one email asking for use HER without the need to download so many large patches. Aside on my site have all that already explained, I'll do the same over here. There's 2 fast ways to test HER with MOHA without the need to download all the patches before, here the ones: 1. You Have the Demo version of MOHA (or want to download it before the full game) Download Download HER 1.1 and install at your demo (follow the instructions) 2. You have the FULL game, but just don't want to download the large patches to play SP or test HER. Download Download HER 2.0 and install at your full version of MOHA (follow the instructions) Enjoy what is a lot close of what was jump upside the enemy during WWII and good lucky! you will need it! :P More info at Her.hajas.org

Its nice to see you are trying to make MOH:Airborne a better game. EA should be ashamed that they released such a bad game. It was clearly not made for PC and they did nothing to try and adapt the gameplay to PC users.

Maybe it would be more realistic if you removed the "Iron sight zoom in" thing but nevertheless, it sounds like a brilliant realistic WW2 mod thats only second to Red Orchestra!
Actually a slight zoom with ironsights is not unrealistic in any way. What one must remember is that in real life, one's vision is not limited to a resolution of pixels... that is, you see in complete analog, light filtering through your eye. So if you have sharp vision, you can see far away with great detail (like me). While you can't make your eye "zoom in," it's still realistic because in real life you'd be able to see in the distance much better than in a game on a computer monitor.
However I think there are some very questionable things still in this game that are totally unrealistic.
Like ammo dropping, for instance... why does the enemy drop ammo for your gun? That isn't at all realistic. If it was realistic, you'd have a handful of magazines for your gun and you'd be able to find spares only on the corpses of your comrades. You're not gonna shoot a German and find a box of loaded Tommy-gun magazines in his jacket.
You can still pick up health.. Last time I checked, I couldn't walk over a white bag marked "health," and suddenly regain a quarter of my life energy back, dissolving all bullets inside me, healing up all wounds instantly, fixing my broken bones, lacerations, infections, bleeding...
Guns would take a hell of a lot longer to "switch," as well. Like ten seconds. You have to take the gun off your back, and put the second gun in its place... if it was "realistic" you would not be able to instantly switch to a different gun.
In fact if WWII games were realistic, they just wouldn't exist. Because there's no way in hell that a dozen US soldiers can invade a heavy German fortification and succeed, killing a hundred times more men than they have. That's exactly why I always think "realism" mods for WWII games are dumb.
