In short this is Diablo II vastly enhanced with many new surprises, challenges and features! Diablo as it was meant to be! This mod is focused towards group multiplayer in a manner of which a group of friends or players can start fresh new characters and fight through the forces of hell side by side, although there is a solo edition available.

-First off, ensure you have Diablo 2 LOD: 1.10 installed!! no other version will work... -Extract the Hell Unleashed archive directly into your Diablo 2 and replace existing files. -Make sure you run D2modsetup, this MUST be done and will tell you if it is succesfully installed. (Windows 7/Vista see below) -Run the game via the Hell Unleashed.bat -For those of you running windows 7 or Vista!!! Aside from ensuring you have Diablo 2: LOD 1.10 installed you will need to do a couple other things... To get this to work correctly... Enable "show file extentions" in folder options and enable windows xp compatability mode under properties for d2modsetup.bat, game.exe and diablo 2.exe -If you are unable to connect to the Arimyth Battle.net server (Full eddition only), please manually add the HU.reg in the Diablo 2 directory Edited by: Soulmancer |
