Even though the laggy trailer and non-amusing trailers didn't build much optimism, I stayed positive about what the mod will offer - and you guys didn't dissappoint. It's one of the best mods to ArmA I've ever played.

Most of the weapons look great (Lee Enfield and Sten look like took straight from the amazing Forgotten Hope 2) and handle like a dream (unlike I44 guns), shooting them is pure joy, especially the sounds are very good. Infantry and vehicle models also look great (except the unfinished ones, ships and planes only, if I'm not mistaken) and help the atmosphere and climate - which is well built by the amazing islands with one of the best trench and bunker models around. The manual is helpful, the editor supply (like classlists, modules, etc) is also good, which isn't that common around the mods.

After I saw the content, the only thing I was really concerned about was the gameplay, missions and how big the FPS will be. And I have to say it's the biggest "good dissapppointment" I ever had - FPS is really good and the missions provide some of the greatest gameplay in the series. The server I set up to test the mod right after I downloaded it quickly became crowded with many people also satisfied with the mod. To quote one of them, who "you were right, gameplay is really smooth". And indeed - IT IS. It feels very natural, fluid and is very satisfying and what would you want more from the mod?

Offered Content - Rich, 3 armies, 3 terrains, lots guns and buildings
Optimization - 9/10
Visuals - 9/10
Sounds - 9/10
Terrains - 9/10
Atmosphere - 10/10
Gameplay - 10/10

Why not full 10/10 then? Well I miss the ACE\I44-like interaction menu (apart from the hotkeys), and few things are yet to be completed (like PIAT textures or plane cockpits). Though, as most of my ACPL collegues agree, the biggest "Con" of this mod is the small amount of released missions. It's simply great, WE WANT MOAR!
