268 B.C. is one mod of three in the Hegemony series.

Currently 268 B.C. has a release for Mount and Blade version .960 . Whats in developement now for 268 B.C. is an overhaul to practically every aspect of the .960 version. Bigger map, doubled factions, more troops with additional troop trees for each faction, rework to equipment models and textures, introduction of custom scenes, inclusion of custom music.

The mod is already ported to the current version of Mount and Blade, and just needs to be overhauled before release.

Update 10/11/2011

News 3 comments

Just an update folks,

In a short summary due some complications and other recent developements, i'm going with a scaled down version for first release. This version would serve as a template for 268 B.C. but would be a stand alone mod in it's own right. Theres a lengthy explanation and further discussion in this link Forums.taleworlds.com

Regarding the template project, titled Crisis of the Third Century, much of the current progression, which is being done on Rome, is outlined in this thread:

Just as well there is a child board in the forum for it's developement here:

Why do all the Rome mods die when they start to look interesting?

guys, go to the tale-worlds forums if you want this mod. It has not been released for 1.011 though, so you'll have to downgrade your game to 0.960 BETA in order to play this mod.
