Heat of Battle is an immersive team play oriented gameplay experience. Using a capture and hold objective system similar to that of Day of Defeat and BattleField 1942, HoB puts you into gripping struggles to control areas in an effort to dominate the other team. A great deal of gameplay variance is involved and every map can be an entirely different gameplay style. The HoB Dev Team is community driven and committed to making Heat of Battle the most realistic, customizable, and fun gaming experience to anyone who plays it.

The Heat of Battle Development Team is proud to announce the release of the Heat of Battle v0.41 mod for Call of Duty.
There is a patch for people who currently have v0.40 and the community map pack v2 installed, available in both windows installer format (.exe) and in .zip format for mac and linux users. The patches are about 20MB. Note that you must have the community map pack v2 installed to install the patch as one of the maps distributed in the map pack and has been updated in v0.41
For new users, there is a full installer that will install all of the files needed for v0.41 (including the maps that were previously released in the community map pack v2). It is available in windows installer format and in .zip format for mac and linux users. The full installers are approximately 150MB.

it's beta d-rads just wait for v.3 Also you must have missed all the new artwork the entirely new gametype as well as many other features.
i downloaded heat of battle and its just one new map and an old one thats been changed around a bit. i personally thought there would be more to it.
