Bear in mind that this National Focus Tree still needs some polishing and is not the final one.
Very well thought out, it looks like you found out how to get enough focuses to last through the whole war. The political tree is nicely creative while the diplomatic tree runs through some very detailed historical options.

Somewhere in the globe, there's a German Monarchist masturbating right now. This mod looks awesome! I can't wait to see it completed.
Are you planning to go a bit more in depth with the military focused tree's (as you have with diplomacy, which looks great!) rather than 'capital ship focus' maybe a double tree that is about the German navy trying to bridge the gap between their fleet and the Royal navy? (and subsequently an offshoot option on Uboat focuses?) I think that sort of thing would be really neat, at least for the major powers
Puppet Ottomans? As Germany you can puppet a major empire? I have serious doubts about game balance.

Will the German empire have the option to give back Alsace/Lorraine to France, to befriend them ?
Yes you can but only if Germany is a Democraty.
In the 20s and 30s does Germany get events in relation to the Nazi Party and Hitler
Instead of nuclear weapons, add gas producing facilities that would enable a "gas strike" at a given province, or let you build artillery shells filled with gas.
