The Hazardous-Course 2 is a spoof of the original "Hazard-Course" from Half-Life, which resembles the first player training levels. In contrary to this, the Hazardous-Course, as it's name let's suggest, is much more dangerous. Although it's a mod for a first person shooter, the player can only wield a weapon at the designated target range. So it plays more like an adventure. The difficulty is quite challenging, but the rewards are accordingly. The Basic Training is peppered with hidden Secrets, which reveal tools, shortcuts, control rooms, and other features, to ease almost all challenges. There are two Secret Levels and one Bonus Level to discover, and to complete to access the final part of the Hazardous-Course. Help can be found on the page in form of a FAQ and a complete walkthrough. Unfortunately these are all in german. But to be translated soon. But be aware, that these helps may spoil some surprising Easter eggs, insider gags, and a lot of the actual game play of the HC2!

Can someone help me because im stuck at speed test.I dont know what to do there.It shows the sign "To slow" even if im going full speed with the train.What to do?
Download this people... I know that mod for a long time and it's one of the best mods I've ever seen for hl1. Not by the story and maybe also not by the action part as it is like he said just a parody for the hazard course
but the mapping in some areas is really awesome. The entire game feeling reminds me strong on Portal except that we don't have a portal gun in it. Like in Portal there are also many secrets to discover shortcuts to go around etc.
I give it 5 of 5 points.

How do you get HEV suit? Can't find it on first level.
You find the suit in Freeman's room, down on the 4th level. But you have to open the door to the room and the door with the suit with the use-key.

Я прошёл весь мод без читов , кроме момента где надо пробежать по огненному коридору , я через noclip прошёл ;D , ещё когда поднимался по TOWER у меня на последнем испытание (где надо бежать и делать передышку) у меня вылетает игра с ошибкой (((((

I don't know what I was expecting but the scripting and brushwork are phenomenal. I was very impressed by the attention to detail; realistic beleivable design, the nuclear reactor for instance. By the time I got to the Black Mesa Steelworks my jaw had completely hit the floor. I had no idea one could accomplish such complex mechanics in GoldSource without technical flaw. I can't imagine how long it took to build the entire thing. I am at a loss for words.
I will admit of course the longjump section needs some tuning, I mean I had to adjust the gravity to 750 to even make it to the pedestals, they're almost an inch higher than the longjump travels it would seem.
I say again, the Steelworks is a benchmark on its own, it puts even Gearbox's brushwork to shame.
Has Valve seen this? This is award-worthy.
