Halout is a total conversion of Fallout 3 which has the purpose to not only make the game more fun and to bring RPG elements to the Halo universe but also to bring a new and unique story to the Halo universe.

The story will take place on a planet not yet used in the Halo games and only mentioned. The player will be a recruit into the UNSC who just graduated basic training and is in a wave of reinforcements to the metropolitan planet of Skopje.

Although all features and most story elements are to be decided, for now we have:
A. A branching story with choices that effect it.
B. Replica weapons and armors like those seen in the halo games.
C. A possible add on for the Battle of Earth.
D. A possible (small) add on to play as an elite.

The mod is currently in a pre-alpha phase so stay tuned!

Hello everyone,

Fall of Skopje is a free indie game being developed on Cryengine 3 SDK, the latest engine released by Crytek. Cryengine 3 provides beautiful graphics, intense AI, amazingly large landscapes, breath taking views, great audio support, vehicles that you can drive and/or fly, multiplayer capabilities, and much much more! This ensures the game will be much better then the mod could ever be, it will help us achieve our ultimate dream for what we wanted to see the mod become.

So far noble six armor is in the mod. Most halo weapons are also I just don't show them in the video or pics. I don't want to really name them all right now because part of playing the mod is to find them and be surprised. I will say elites will have a energy sword and a very strong weapon that if I can get it scripted by version 1 will be murder for the UNSC and anyone/thing that get's in range. These elites however will be 1 hit in the head and dead so they won't be overpowered. Really it's going to be hit them before they hit you. I might still nerf the weapon if it's to hard when I'm testing. ODST's will also have a smg on them most of the time. That's all I will say look at upcoming pics and videos for hint's on all the weapons in the mod. ;)

I would recommend that for the MA5B Maybe change it to a MA5C And have it look like the ammo counters glass is shattered so it doesnt look like you have 9 ammo all the time. Just helpful criticism from a Ex-Fallout Player.

Since i was given permission to use stuff from a other halo mod that will be very easy to do now so it will be done for version 1.

If you guys would use geck's map editor, your could build this a MURDER mod. This idea is great, and I don't see why you wouldn't do that and bring this mod to its fullest.

That's the over all plan but for version 1 I thought I should have the basics then start editing the map from there. That way people that still want a slight fallout feel will still be happy.

Unless new vegas gets the geck mod kit you should never buy it becuase ive seen fallout 3 mods 10 times as good as new vegas.

FO:NV is going to be running with the same game engine as fallout 3 so I'm sure your right. Heck GECK might even work with it from the start.
