Hey, just updating this page. I've recently gotten back into Halo modding, expect some work soon and expect the mod page to change alot.


A note about Halo modding, It's limited in some ways, don't expect a mod that is as changed or major as CS for HL (Yes, it was a mod). There's limits to what Halo modders can do.

I would use Custom Edition as someone suggested, but for right now I'm using Regular Halo.

Mod features

  1. (Simple) Vehicles Damage System
  2. Tweaked AI
  3. Slightly changed levels
  4. More weapons
  5. Variations of vehicles

1. Most Vehicles in Halo don't take damage. In this mod I am attempting to add this into the game.
   (Such as Warthogs that explode)

2. I didn't like how Crewmen were always running away, I'm not making them aggressive Rambos, but don't expect boy scouts anymore. (Expect more than just Crewmen changed)

3. Added weapons to ammo/gun piles, maybe some added NPCs. What changes and how many really depend on how the mod goes.

4.Variety of weapon variations based on the original weapons.

5.Same with Weapons, a variety of Vehicle variations will be present.

(Undecided) Alligator Scorpion (Name and Function inspired by the Crocodile Sherman, the main turret is replaced with a flame thrower.)

Yeah, I plan on letting you drive everything. (I tested the Wraith a few days back, it worked perfectly. Except you couldn't aim the plasma balls up or down. I'll try to make it so they are homing. If I can't fix the aiming.)

I tested a flame thrower for the snow hog. Did not work so well. I'll try your grenade idea.

This mod is Single-Player. I want to make a Multi-Player mod after this. I plan on putting turrets in this mod and the Multi-Player mod.

It's legal to do destructible landscapes. But the thing is. Halo is not extremely mod friendly. Infact, I don't think this old game could handle that anyway!
