A Halo Wars mod to match the modern era... This mod overhauls Halo Wars, some examples of this would be adding brand new units, cut content, unseen abilities and new leaders onto the battlefield. With new units comes new buildings as well, no longer is the meta cemented in the ground. This mod doesn't only add, it also changes core components in the game, allowing speedy gameplay while still being counterable.

That'll give games a bit more variety.
Most likely what's going to happen is Forerunner Structures will have more Sentinels around them, like the Sentinel Factories and Forerunner bases. Might have it so Prophet and Anders have a factory that spawns near the base.
can the flood make these into allies?
That's a really good question I haven't really thought about. They should not be able to use Sentinels. I'll have to find a way to prevent that
i think they should because they can actually corrupt forerunner machines for their own benefit.

Only with a Gravemind and the logic plague. Flood in HW only get to protogravemind. Not to mention, you only use the plague on advanced AIs, not the basic ones like the sentinels.
