Is the HW2 engine really going to be able to handle all this? I mean, the poly count for this turret must be ABSURDLY high.

I ain't even gonna lie, it's pretty darn high poly, but using a clever system of LODs, I think it can manage with minimal performance drop.

First, i'll ask you on xfire how you're doing the module adding an extra weapon slot. I've been told that's not possible but would really like to do it.

On the actual model - I like the CIWS style turret linked to a targetting system, and wanted to recreate that for HHF. The actual fire control tower looks a bit large, especially for a frigate mounted module.

Perhaps have a smaller version for smaller ships, and place it into the bridge? The Reach version of the frigate has a dish and a radome mounted towards the back of the bridge, and it's already the object with the highest clearance on the frigate, so it makes sense
