Sounds like a guy with glasses holding a drink talking to a crowd of people, needs more umph, either put more effort into it, make it more robotic, or make it deeper, doesn't sound right, atm imo.
I find it quite funny. But the performance of the voice juxtaposes the threat of the ship. It is great if this were a scout or lightly armed ship...

i think the voice for this is good,
but i think it would be better if he talked in third person somehow, like "This unit has not received orders in over 100,000 years!" instead of "I have not"
