Hello everyone! Sancho here!

I wanted to give you all a much needed preview of things to come for Sins of the Prophets Sound! As the programming team is busy reconstructing the game to purge bugs, we've been working hard on a sound update that will rock your socks off!

First off, The Covenant User Interface is getting a much needed face-lift and the old placeholder is out! (Sancho is not the best Elite admittedly) I'm pleased to announce the addition of I'mNotJamesEarlJones to the Sotp Vocal Talent! He will be playing an Elite Arbiter tasked with updating the fleet-master of vital naval information. Enjoy!

We are also happy to introduce our newest staff member: MattP. MattP is a SFX artist that has been assisting replacement efforts of all of the Vanilla SOASE SFX with our own, to truly make this a total conversion Mod. Here are a few things he's been cooking up for you to devour with your eardrums. (super stoked for the plasma boiling metal sound)

Lastly, Waseem Faraz Butt has remastered several prominent tracks from the Sins of the Prophets score, and has made them available for you to download! Now you can enjoy the score of SotP to your hearts content! (#TotallyHaveItOnRepeatRightNow)

I've been getting into the SoaSE modding scene lately and came across this mod, and I am very excited to see what you guys come up with. I really like the work you're doing for creating the OST as well. Out of curiosity, what DAW do you use to produce your tracks?

I used Sony ACID Pro.
But I strongly advise you use more sophisticated DAW's
like Cubase or Logic if you have mac.
You can do almost anything on them.

I've been back and forth with Reason and FL Studio 10 myself, but I've been looking into doing more orchestral stuff like what you've produced so I was just wondering :)

hey just wanted to ask a question about the mod, i know that in Soase when a battle is going on the fighting forces tend to just make to static battle lines, but in halo the humans ships have always been the weaker, so i was just wondering will this mod be compatable with the dynamic battle systems mod (where the humans will be dodging attacks) or will it have its own verision of it?

Hmm, the bigger ships would look weird. But Small ships could use Dynamic movement.

Hey guys, this mod looks great, but with the forerunners, if your are looking for new ships, read Halo: Cryptum, and the new one, Halo: Primordium by Greg Bear, it has some very good ship ideas, including the fortress ship, you may already know this but like most people i am too impatient to search through all 393 pages of comments, but like i said good ideas, maybe you could even incorporate certain plot elements such as the san shyuum.

They are trying to keep the mod canon so I'm sure they know of all the ships. I also remember some discussion about the fortress ship a few months ago.
