Hello SotP Fans!

Today's news is about the new Sins of the Prophets Android app!

With this app you can view the ModDB news feed and get direct links to the Facebook page, ModDB page, Google + page, and the forums!

Also, you can recieve notifications from the team about releases and other information!

Grab it from the Google Play store - it's free!

Play.google.com

And, screenies:

Please realize that this is just the first iteration of the app and it will continue to grow and evolve as we add more features and polish the experience. Feel free to respond below or in the forums with requests for reasonable feature requests or tweaks. Unrealistic demands will be met with derision and mocking by Unikraken and other team members.

And in response to the eventual requests for an iOS app...not going to happen. Apple requires a $99 fee per year to publish apps on the Apple market and that's just not something I'm willing nor capable of doing.

k a few questions im wondering how the unsc will be balanced, will the UNSC have medium hull and high Armor count in like say the 60s - strongish weaps or high hull and medium weaps and medium armor and will the covs have Strong weaps low hull and medium shield and low armor or medium hull/shield and Very Strong Weaps and armor.

the covenant i believe will be more expensive and the unsc will be cheaper. allowing the unsc to at least get enough ships to have a hope of doing damage

So UNSC is a Spam faction and Covs are Turtles , Covs always win 1-1 just how it goes but UNSC wins 1-120 lol

actually in canon a 3-1 to the UNSC is an even fight unless your a tactical genius like Keyes from Halo:CE

In a 1-1 the covie will almost always win. Really no way to avoid that.

better guns, better armor, shields and short slip space jumps. we have Cortana and the smart AI's. the covies should have won every battle, but they didnt plan on humans being human The Elites even admit they underestimated what the humans would sacrifice to win.

i love halo

what about an enlarged version of the mac gun platform as a starbase for the unsc! since the unsc really depended on the mac platforms it should B perfect 4 a Starbase.

That would...Not work. What would be the point of that. Could make a starbase to help cover macs instead. Smacs would need help to stop fighters and quick frigs.

It would be awesome if the flood starts week, the ships they capture retreat to the pirate base and create more ships to make raids stronger and Even colonize planets? Then they could eventually be as strong as the unsc and the covenant instead of being push-overs like the original pirates later in the game.

Sorry for the long post.
