It's funny because the correct grammatical term in Spanish would be "me gusto" because you add an O to the end of a verb to show that it's your perspective. It's cool being bilingual :)

Tu mama es un poco de mierda.

No. The correct grammatical term in Spanish is "me gusta". My native language is Portuguese, it's nearly identical to Spanish.

No, it's not. As a Hispanic male, trust me, I know my language. And how is it the language of the slaves?

Ar- ending verbs in present tense when speaking in the "I" perspective end with "O". Yes, Portuguese is similar, but it's still not Spanish.

Yes it is, you are wrong. Spanish is my native lenguage and "me gusta" is correct, the term "me gusto" would imply that you actually like yourself.
PS: "Tu mama es un poco de mierda" is the worst insult I ever heard, or you're pretty dumb and can't speak proper spanish or you're a lying sack of *****.
PD: Tu español es pesimo, si en verdad sos español me da lastima ver lo que escribis y sinceramente perdi la fe en los españoles, sos una verguenza para los hablantes hispanos.

Ulmont May 11 2012, 4:58am replied:

While I could do that, I have several objections.

1) These people, with the exception of the two marines, are all Naval officers. They don't see a lot of face to face combat, and the Naval officers unskilled enough to let their ships get boarded generally end up dead. Actually, come to think of it, once boarded they end up dead regardless of whether they're skilled or not. Hence the unfortunate fate of one Captain Jacob Keyes.

2) Scars aren't really a sign of veterancy, they're just a sign of an inability to duck. Any rookie unlucky enough to jump into the line of fire can rack up a few scars.

3) Covenant weapons leave burns, not scars.

3.5) To counter the argument of, "Maybe they got hit by shrapnel from an exploding bulkhead," let me point out that those crew-members in Halo: CE who got hit by exploding bulkheads died because they got hit by exploding bulkheads. Also, exploding bulkheads are often accompanied by hard vacuum - a pressure differential that isn't generally conducive to one's health.

4) This would require me to do more work on portraits. Something I'm adverse to at this particular moment in time.

5) Since BioWare claims 'Artistic Integrity' is a valid excuse - and who am I to argue with an Electronic Arts Subsidiary - I hereby play that card. Because having it in my hand was kind of embarrassing, and I needed to get rid of it.

So. Tl;dr. No. No scars. Not unless Canada wants me to. In that case yes, there will be scars.

I'm sorry, but implying any amount of extended work is ridiculous when clearly most of these are pictures of concept art, comics, and other pieces of work not done by you over a masked background.

And the Captain is clean-shaven, so I'm not exactly sure what you were getting at there.

Secondly, heh, second row second picture. Is that supposed to be a random Forerunner or the Didact? If the former, could it be possible to include the Didact's symbol? Or if it's the later, I kinda like it, well actually either way I like it but this would just be for identification purposes.
