Description
For prime Halo viewing we recommend setting your Texture Filtering settings to 16x Anisotropic. Due to some issues with the way Sins renders the ring, 16x is the only way to bring out the full texture of this beauty created by Zero from Homefront, the Homeworld 2 Halo mod.

If you're having trouble finding Halo installations we recommend playing on large or vast random maps.
I'm yet to find one....one day........one day.
I can find one within about 2 matches. Just start a vast map, save the game, then surrender but keep playing so you can see the map, when you've got one with the **** you want reload the save and play to your heart's content.
you made the mod ofcourse you can find them :P. For new players it must be as hard as it was for the covenant to find one of the holy rings.
its not exactly easy to find something with a 1 in x (x being very large) chance of spawning, sometimes its simply random chance and being a lucky SoB
I have found one before but the texture was of a gas giant. What purpose do the rings have anyway?
They don't serve any purpose atm except for eye candy. Also all the Halos ingame orbit a gas giant.
