I believe there will be a ONI faction and Military Industrial Complex faction division, same ships but different research. Instead of Innies.
That doesn't make sense because ONI is part of the Department of the Navy. (It's a real thing)
What you guys need to remember is that we're making a total conversion for the game, just because it's SoaSE: Rebellion doesn't mean we need to break up races into loyalist and rebels. The two sides don't have to fight. You make them fight when you play a map with them.
