Description
The civilian version of the ship, ingame.
What's its purpose? I've seen that you have a small colony frigate already so i'm curious as to what role it plays.
You have to research the Military-Refit upgrade.
Otherwise, you start out with the Civilian Phoenix.
Will the civilian model have any combat value? or will it be as useful in combat as the smaller colony ship until it is upgraded?
Not directly... have only a few archer pod... but in a fleet, it become a repair ship too via abilities, perfect for support a supercarrier and repair hull in space or during combat...
And due how research work in sins, all your cheap civilian model already built will become directly the military version once the research is done...
Small colony frigate cannot be upgrade, have almost no weapons, cannot earn experience, cannot upgrade ability ( remember colony/repair abilities on a capitalship can be upgraded by experience ), etc...
Goal was to remain with the Halo lore... before the war, all phoenix was civilian ship... a little before the war, in a 5 year periode, all phoenix already build was upgrade to military version...
Any way, military and civilian phoenix have plenty room for abilities... and only Canadaman know what will be the remaining abilities...
