This is the smart AI Nola, serial number NLA 0326-9. She is tasked with being the custodian of OPERATION: HOMEFRONT and will assist you throughout your missions as a UNSC Commander.
The artwork for Nola was provided by my sister, who has started attending her first year of college as an animator. Homefront has many humble beginnings with successful outcomes, and I plan on making her an addition to the Homefront family as a character concept artist. You can find more of her work here:

Can we get a version of her that's not blue, maybe violet or pink? Blue seems a little overdone honestly from Cortana

It's all color theory. The female isn't necessarily a go happy I'm ready to be pink, nor is she serene enough to be violet. The texture on the AI makes her a little more saturated anyways. Cortana was also represented as Violet I'm some earlier versions and became a very dark gray blue. Blue fits her personality.

What part of it do you not like? I commissioned this from my sister, who is an aspiring artist and it is akin to how I started back in 2010. If you don't like it, why don't you submit your own unique art and lets see how they compare?

It just doesn't fit the Halo universe. If this wasn't related to theme of Halo (not a huge Halo fan mind you, but I've read plenty of the books and the like), then it'd be cute.
Except you're trying to say this is the face of Homefront. If this stood by itself, with no words, most people wouldn't even be able to relate it to the Halo franchise or your mod.
I'm not saying her art is bad, no not at all. I'm just saying trying to match this up with Halo itself is not fitting.

I understand what you're saying, but this character is an AI that narrates objectives, gives news feed, etc. If anyone made an AI for Halo and had it stand alone, they wouldn't put two and two together unless it was someone like Cortana. AIs came in many different forms - farmers, scientists, african tribals, nudists, civil war heroes, WWII bombers, asian house maids, etc. It's just an avatar. The reason I chose skater punk is because the art style is more dark and grungy and therefor I feel this goes pretty well with what I have going for the UNSC, and that I wanted to be different and stray away from the straight edge persona of most AIs.

To be clear this is all opinionated and i am by no means an art expert or an anatomy/physiology major.
Looking at it hopefully more so as feedback for your sister. The shape and angle of the right arm/hand seems a bit disproportionate. Also The eyes don't seem like they're focused on the same fixed point and the face seems to be lacking details and bone structure, which could be fixed with either shading or linework to define the cheekbones. It just resonates with the uncanny valley type of artwork to me.
I think this is pretty cool! Interesting to see how a dressed cortana would look (regardless of what sense it makes). It works great as a mascot for the mod, although maybe less as an ingame character. If your sister is interested in feedback, i can say that the shape of the mouth and the shading of the clothes are especially nice, but her arms look a bit crooked and disproportionate. I wish her good luck with her studies!
