um.... The Forerunners werent THAT advanced, they could only build shieldowrlds, the Halos, and the Ark, and other different structures. they even built great cities that made their homeworld look like a gigantic planetary machine! THE FORERUNNERS WERE NOT THAT AVANCED TO CREATE STARS! They believed in the Mantle, a way of life and living. The Mantle was started by the unknown race of 200,000 years before the Forerunners called the Precursors. They were the ones that created the Mantle, stars, planets, and other such things like the Forerunners.

Eh, no, the Forerunners did create stars, such as the one inside the Shield world that onyx led to, and the micro star that couldnt have been a "real" one inside the shield world in Halo Wars.

All in all, they did create stars.

@Geeeky

The forerunners were advanced enough to create stars. If they could create such Massive weapons they would certainly have been able to create complete functioning stars.

And like the small one inside the shield world, it had a lifespan, it had its own gravitational field, and it was fueled by hydrogen and helium as far as game/real life physics go.

Its like saying ''A miniature black hole Cant be black hole because its so small; it would have Had, to have been a Dark Sun, or some sort of singularity.''

Am i right?

They built the shield world AROUND the star! EVEN IF THEY WERE, THE WIKI WOULD HAVE SAID IT!

Dude, the wiki is not the end all and be all. It the opinions of a lot of people.

I can tell you right now, they could make stars. It's not even that hard. Hell, give me half a dozen nukes and I could turn Jupiter into a star. A fairly short lived one, but a star none the less. Admiral Cole did it. If he could, why can't the Forerunners? Or the Covenant, for that matter?

Description

Conceptualized, modelled and textured by the great RingLeader!

The Forerunners are masters of massive astroengineering, from Ringworlds to Dyson Spheres, their technological achievements aren't even bound to the laws the universe as they can move and build stars and planets at will!

This is a visulization of this process, these massive towers bringing the materials and creating the conditions for star birth are nothing short of awe inspiring.
